UTAK Goes Gold for Kids with Cancer

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This month, and all year long, we’re proud to support a couple of really great organizations that support kids and their families.

Each year, almost 17,000 children are diagnosed with cancer. In 2016, that statistic struck home for the UTAK family; Our COO, Kevin, learned his son, Tucker, was diagnosed with stage 3 rhabdomyosarcoma. Thankfully, after a year-long journey and several rounds of treatment, Tucker is cancer-free. You can read more about his journey on their family blog.

For the month of September, we’ve chosen to partner with two organizations: The American Childhood Cancer Organization and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.

If you donate to either Alex’s Lemonade Stand or ACCO, forward a copy of your receipt to hello@utak.com and we’ll send you some control freak swag!
